FEDERAL GOLF COURSE HOLE SIGNAGE
Federal Golf Course approached us again after the success of the Corten privacy screens and asked for new hole signage dress up to match the privacy screens.
Similar to the privacy screen builds, the patterns and cut-outs are generated in the artistic style of Aboriginal paintings. As Federal is built on the land of the Ngunnawal people, it felt appropriate to channel their art style into these panels.
The panels are produced on Corten (Weathering Steel) and were CNC turret punched to create the patterns and shapes seen here. They were then placed on a press brake and given a return fold for easy mounting on posts, as well as increased stiffness.
Implementing the federal logo as well as locations for hole information and sponsorship opportunities was easy thanks to a large sign being required. This also allowed for more unique and intricate shaped pattern to be used.
